CALENDAR
 
The registration process for the 2011-2012 school year will follow the calendar described below:
             
Tuesday/Thursday Program:

*October 5, 2010 – Tours for the 2011 – 2012 school year will begin for all prospective new students. A registration waiting list will begin at this time.  
*January 10, 2011 – January 14, 2011 – Enrollment for all students with Priority Status will occur. 
*January 17, 2011 – Open Enrollment for all students beginning with the registration waiting list will occur.

MWF and Pre-Kindergarten Program:

*January 31 – February 4, 2011 – Priority Enrollment for all returning students will occur.   
*February 7, 2011 – Open Enrollment for new students in the MWF and Pre-Kindergarten program will occur. 

To enroll a child, parents are encouraged to tour the school.

In January, enrollment opens for current students, siblings and parish members for the following fall. After priority registration is complete all other available spaces are filled by a lottery. Lottery forms are accepted from September through the first part of February and the lottery is held soon after.  The form is available by clicking the above link and downloading it or by visiting the preschool office. Once all available spaces are filled the remainder of names will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are drawn or received. The waiting list is used throughout the current school year. There is no fee to enter the lottery.

Fees and Tuition:

Tuition for the school is based on a yearly fee. For your convenience, tuition is divided into ten monthly payments with the first payment due on June 1st prior to the September start date. Subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th of the month. Tuition for the entire school year may be paid at any time.

Extended Day charges will appear on the monthly statement. Tuition is for the coming month, extended day fees are for the prior month.

A registration fee is collected for all enrolled students.

A late fee will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month.

A late pick up fee will be charged for students not picked up on time.

A limited number of scholarships are available. Current tuition rates are available by contacting the preschool office.
